Roller Coaster Boxplots

Learning Target: Students will construct boxplots and dotplots using roller coaster data.

Instructions
  1. Provide a brief introduction on dotplots and boxplots, explaining the concept of data distribution.
  2. Have students download roller-coasters.csv. 
  3. Contruct a dotplot, with any of the data columns to build a distribution.
  4. Construct a boxplot.
  5. Find the mean.
  6. Write a paragraph explaining what the graph data represents.
  7. Snip the graph and paste it into the chat explanation paragraph.
